Wells Expanding into a World-Class International Tertiary Education Center
Last year, we heard school leaders mentioning Wells University. At that time, it was more of an imaginary concept and entity that could be possible in the near future. This year, the first concrete step toward making this a reality has begun.
On Jan 12, 2010, the representative of Kent Institute of Business & Technology, Sydney, Australia, Mr. Greg Radford (Director of Business Development) and Dr. Allen Nuchthabanik (Director of Education and Marketing) officially met with Mr. Chang Yao-Lang, the Chairman of Wells International School and Dr. Edward Roy Krishnan, the Director of Strategic Planning to sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the two entities.

This marks the beginning of a new chapter in the history of Wells International School. Wells is no longer just an international school; it is expanding into a higher learning institution that would provide world-class international tertiary education in collaboration with colleges and universities from Australia, UK, US, and Canada.
The first such collaboration is with Kent Institute of Business & Technology, Sydney, Australia. Kent International Education (Thailand) – an entity fully owned by the Chairman and Board of Directors of Wells International School would offer professionally-oriented, recognized academic programs such as Advanced Diploma specializing in Business Management as well as Marketing. Both these awards, along with the Foundation Program are recognized by the government of Australia.
